Uniputra Golf Club was built in 1981 with nine holes were originally intended for agricultural and physical education. It also becomes a leisure attraction for staffs, students and the public as well. In addition, all staffs and students can also enjoy play golf with beautiful scenery of nature.

Since 1994, this golf club is open to the public under the name Uniputra Golf Club which successfully makes golfers fell comfortable with a beautiful scenery view of Orchard Nine (Hole 1-9) surrounded by fruit trees and Forest Nine (Hole 10-18) surrounded by forest trees. This is a golfers' paradise playing in a sprawling 18 holes golf course covering 197 acres with cowgrass fairway

This is a par 72 golf course with men's course rating 72.7 & slope rating 133. The women's course rating is 75.6 and slop rating 134. There's a word spreading saying this is "Commando Course" and the slope rating proves that. This golf course is located inside Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), that's how it got its name UPM Golf Club.

To reach the golf club, the easiest would be coming from Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur. On North-South Highway heading to Seremban, you will see the UPM exit. 


After turn into Jalan Maklumat, you will see the entrance marking "Pintu 13". Usually the security check is minimal, else just tell the security that you are going to Uniputra Golf Club.


After that you will travel about 850 meter and you will see the Uniputra Golf Club signage. Turn left and drive for another 800 meter then you will arrive at the golf club.
